I'm planning on moving to Houston at the end of March, and have been interviewing with both Memorial Hermann (TMC) and Houston Methodist. Both sound fairly similar in terms of pay, patient population, work schedule, etc. Both would be in the Medical ICU (MICU) but I'd like the down and dirty truth about either place if anyone has any experience working there as an RN. Bonus points if you've worked/work in the MICU at either facility.

I'm mostly interested in how bad staffing is, pay/raises/bonuses, opportunity for OT/picking up, how the hospital treats its' employees, and any perks/benefits that would make you choose one over the other.
