Pedicab struck by hit-and-run driver on Tuesday night at Capitol and Austin Streets in downtown Houston. Anyone see anything?

As was reported on local news, a vehicle struck a pedicab the night of Tuesday September 27th at the intersection of Capitol Street and Austin Street. An occupant of the pedicab suffered significant injuries. The vehicle fled the scene. There is a camera located at the intersection, and that’s being looked into, but if anyone happened to witness the collision and has information to share, I’d appreciate it.
