Last year right before covid hit I had the priveledge of eating biang biang noodles and beef noodle soup at Niu Yi Zui, and it was one of the best meals I had had in this city. Sadly the place closed, and I have an intense craving for something similar. I know next to nothing about this style of food (I believe this is Shaanxi cuisine but I could be completely wrong and most likely am) all I know is that the noodles were hand pulled and absolutely delicious.

Does anyone recommendations to fill the void that Niu Yi Zui left? And while we're on the topic, if you have any restaurant recommendations that you're currently digging at all in the area, they are more than welcome.
