We’re in Woodland Heights, just North of downtown. Halloween is a genuinely big deal in the neighborhood. Our home is kind of an anchor in our area. For the past 18 years we’ve put a lot of effort into Halloween. I wrote something for our civic association website about this.

We’re coming to the time of year when we’d begin to start with preparations. Wondering if we can do something in a scaled back way, or should just skip year as being too dangerous given the reality of crowds Covid-19?
Normally, we get 1500+ kids and parents through our front gate over a three hour period. It can only be described as a crowd. I could see putting up some decoration but I’m uneasy about giving out candy.
What are you planning, if anything?
