Going to an evening concert and haven’t been for ages. Anyone know what the cost is to park in the Toyota Cebter garage nowadays? I’m limited in how far I can walk so other suggestions are welcome if they’re nearby. Thanks!

Going to a show and have a bad knee. In GA on the lawn. I know it’s obviously dependent on how crowded it is, but can you sit on the lawn? Is it uncommon/weird and likely to be trampled?

I’m familiar with the big meal kit companies like Blue Apron and Hello Fresh. Are there any other recommendations? Particularly interested in something that I could pick up locally, maybe even return the packaging, etc? Not too worried about local in the organic farm-to-table sense, but more like I hated all the waste and packaging that comes with the traditional meal kits through the mail. I’d also be open to a great shopping list/ planned menu where I do the shopping but they provide the instructions and do all the thinking. I know that sounds super lazy but that’s life!

Hey guys! New homeowner and trying to fight my tax increase. I originally thought that they couldn’t / it was illegal for them to raise your appraisal price higher than their initial assessment. E.g. if they say your home is appraised at 500K and that’s what your new taxable appraisal is, they can’t increase that during the informal or formal hearing or arbitration. But I’m hearing a lot of people say anecdotally that they are raising the appraisal and people who don’t settle are getting a rude surprise.

Has this happened to anyone? Can anyone explain or point to info on the HCAD site? I thought this was illegal / against policy.
