I am in Houston, on the southeast side. We didn't see any effects of the storm here. But, I have a friend that owns property right by the Sam Rayburn Reservoir. He is currently out of state and was wondering how his house there weathered the storm. Are there any reports of high winds or high level of storm surge in that area?
