Is anyone else extremely weary of Mattress Mack's Super Bowl gambling ad?

I mean, I'm usually pretty weary of them anyway, especially after all the s**t he tried to pull after the presidential election and tried to renege on paying out on that offer.

But this one is SO SUPER VAGUE. It's so nebulous. "Cincinnati" - not the Cincinnati Bengals. "The big game" - not the Super Bowl (although I understand that one since the NFL is so litigious about using the name). It all seems like he's making himself a little wedge so that he can squirrel out of paying out in the event that the Bengals win.

I dunno, anyone else get this kind of vibe from it?
