I recently did a first trip to my new HEB after moving from Upper Kirby to Clear Lake, and man are the HEB's different in whats in stock, layout and even a bit of in bulding quality! I've also been to the one in the middle of the Barrio off i45 and 610 when I needed Hispanic-specific stuff for the holidays and felt like I was in a completely different store lol It's got me thinking, HEB obviously stocks/organizes each store specifically for its neighborhood demographic, that data would be really interesting to look through and see what is stocked where. HEB could almost serve as a neighborhood metric lol. And man do I miss those rich West U people's HEB on Buffalo speedway!
