I am wondering if theres any HOA or zoning or whatever laws that would stop me from one day buying my neighbors lot, wiping out her house, and lining up my own football field. I imagine 1. there might be some laws preventing me from even removing her house and keeping it as a grass field? And 2. Issues with putting up LEGIT football goal posts. Tall ass ones. Maybe with a net behind it too. This would be in Sharpstown. I bet her lot is only big enough for a half field tho lol. But thats cool with me.

If its not possible, are there any neighborhoods like Spring that wouldn't care if you do this? Would I just have to get a different property with a big backyard? I like my house, my parents are probably leaving it with me so why not plan for the future lol.

Has anyone seen their neighbors do some weird stuff like this? Buy a neighbor lot and wipe out a house at least?
