Citation is with the Harris County Sherriff's Department. I called last week to request a deferred disposition and was told it has not been filed, over 10 days after receiving it. I went online to just pay it today and there is no record of it. Court date is this coming Sunday, when the precinct is closed. I can't go in Monday because I have work. What do I even do here?
