Is there a recommended training school/class for this certification in the Houston area? I’ve been told it doesn’t take long to get certified and it’s a booming business along with microblading which is totally different. Asking for my wife because she doesn’t have a reddit account.

Hi, so my wife and I moved into our first apartment in May and before there was some minor maintenance work that needed to be done. Since then no maintenance guy has been sent due to the apartment complex not being staffed enough or having no maintenance personnel at all to fix our issues. What options do we have if they keep prolonging this and the issues get worse? Can we get a drop in our monthly rent? Or tell them we’re not paying until these issues are fixed? Or just move?
