Hey there, I'm on with the fire department; and one thing, among many, that I didn't know while joining, is just how important cooking for the crew is.

So I'm fishing for suggestions on good cooking programs for someone with an absolute awful schedule.

Like i swing between 48 and 120 hours a week.

But if it's something scheduled, i can plan riders and make time.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
