I've been craving some home foods. Not really sure if they have them here but damn do I want some Dilis or bibingka. Anyone know where we can find these? Thanks in advance.

Okay so my mom who is 60+ years old went to a Joann by willow-chase to do some window shopping. She told me that she was almost got abducted there by a man in a dark gray lexus. She feared for her life and hid inside a cvs. She was trying to wait for her uber to pick her up, but the uber kept cancelling because each time she comes out to flag down her uber, the guy in the dark gray Lexus would continue to drive around the lot and tried to coax her to his car, saying that he can take her home and such. She feared for life. She told the security guards inside the cvs about him. They tried to call the police but they couldn't get the license plate number. So to the ladies out there. Please be careful. This man followed and refuse to leave my mom alone, because she refused to get in his car. She's safe now. And i'm glad. If that man shows up here. He would really regret it.

As the title say, where does a filipina buy groceries that have the ingredients to make foods from home? So far, i haven't found a place that sells kalamansi, and is there a goldie locks somewhere in the area? Would like to know. I've been to alot of asian marts around my area and some are missing something or other.

I just moved from, yes California. Been reading alot of mean things about us folks from there. Not sure if your pretty much assuming all folks from california are out to take your livelihoods or what nots and what haves yous. I for one would like to say, my family are borderline middle class, we came here because rent over that state is up to the roof, buying a house is a myth on itself and trying to feed your family enough with the prices of gas and groceries skyrocketing. All we want is to be able to live somewhere we can actually afford and maybe someday, be able to buy a house. When we visited, we fell in love with texas, the people , the food, the culture and how it felt like home to us. Seeing all these mean things like, go back to where you come from, take your uhaul and git gone. It makes me sad that i'm seeing this unwelcoming things. We are not taking anything from you nor are we here to "destroy your way of life" we just want to make a home away from the tax leeching city like california and where the only tax they have yet to put on us, the breathing tax. So please, be kind. Not all of us are bigots, rich peoples or whatever or wherever this hate for californians came from.
