I’ve personally been noticing a lot of cars from other states lately.

Are more people moving here or is there some sort of event?

Long story short, Car in front of me did not secure the items in their trailer very well and something fell out and hit my car. I did not ask the other person to stop to get their car insurance. I did not know the extent of the damage until I got home and thought it was just hitting the glass part of my car. Turns out the object caused more damaged than I thought (really bad scratching and dent). I have everything caught on a dash cam. Is there anywhere I can go to get the other person’s insurance with just a license plate so I can make a claim?
