Hello Houstonians! Sorry to clog your feed with annoying Q's from a tourist. I've narrowed down things we want to do while visiting this weekend, but we have a short stay and trying to be cheap with no rental car and limited ubers, so we don't want to waste rides or time trying to figure things out. Any help is very appreciated!
1) Waterwall: we're staying in Uptown near Post Oak so it seems walkable and something we should do. I'm not sure we'll be able to get there during the day. Is it still on, and worth to see around 6 p.m. or later (I read it doesn't have lights, but is it still light out enough around 6 p.m.?)
2) We have three dinners planned, likely two in Montrose and one in Post Oak. Where do we HAVE to go!? (Montrose has so many great looking options, it's hard to pick! We are adventurous eaters so hit us with anything)
3) We're looking to rent a car for just one day and go to NASA. If we wrap up early, are there any beaches within a 15 - 30 minute drive from NASA that are worth it?
