We are looking for homes in the College Place subdivision (off of 45 and Dixie Road) and I just found out that its located 1.3 miles from the Brio Superfund Site. Now I'm worried and wondering if its safe to live in that area. I have an older child that would be going to school at North Pointe which is 7.1 miles from the site.

We currently live in the kingwood/Atascocita area so any information is appreciated.
