Hi everyone,

I was driving around spring valley village Sunday and I got pulled over by an officer for defective stop lamps (only found out then about the issue), I ended up getting a citation for that and for failing to update my address on my driver's license. I've already fixed both issues and collected evidence of doing so. The spring valley village municipal court website says that I can have the issues dismissed by providing evidence by email and paying the dismissal fee after the court has reviewed the evidence and replied with a link for payment. Has anyone gotten their citations dismissed by this method? Or will I have to go in person? I tried calling but there didn't seem to be a way to talk to another human.
