Does anyone have recommendations for a tattoo parlor or specific artist that will do a white ink tattoo? I've finally decided to get my first tattoo and love the idea of white ink. I've done my research and know they are complicated and unpredictable. I'd like to talk to someone with experience to get a more personal opinion than Google can provide, to decide whether or not to go that way.
