Cybersecurity as a career change?
As the title states, im into looking at switching careers into the tech world.
Im currently working in healthcare and it has turned to crap lately, as you’d imagine with the pandemic, and I don’t see any upward movement and frankly I am tired of it.
I just found out of a new VA program that is available to veterans and I plan to use it, it’s called VETTEC, I’ll share the link below. I want to do cybersecurity but im a little lost about the day-to-day life, work to life balance, salary, career advancement in Houston, and general guidance. Since Houston is such a big economic market want to know what life of a cybersecurity analyst’s looks like in the area. I’ve done some research on schools and im thinking of going with Divergence Academy.
If there’s anyone here can gave me even a little of insight it would be immensely appreciated!!
