Hi everyone! I’m 20 years old and finally ready to get my own apartment. I was wondering if yall had any advice on areas to avoid or the nicest areas to stay in. I go to the University of Houston so something around there would also be perfect. I am hoping to rent a studio or even a 1 bedroom for around 1k-1200 a month. Please Let me know any suggestions !!
