Few tidbits about the upcoming WS

• Every game will be at 7:00pm CST and on Fox.
• For those who don’t know: when teams play the World Series in an American League park, both teams use the DH. When they play in a National League park, the pitcher bats (no DH).
• Almost the entire Astros roster has turned over since the 2017 World Series. Only remaining players from that team are: Yuli, Altuve, Correa, Bregman, and LMC.

World Series Schedule

Just some quick things to point out (most of you know, but for the ones who are new/don’t)

• Please do not troll other teams subs. Not to say good game, not to say ‘you’ll be spooky next year‘ etc. No team wants to hear that passive superiority GG bs right after a loss.
• If you want to interact with other fans, r/baseball is the safest place to do it.

In the AL:

• Red Sox and Yankees will play for the Wild Card spot, and go onto face the Tampa bay Rays (Seattle could squeak in but it’s doubtful)
• Astros are pretty much guaranteed to host the White Sox in the ALDS

The NL:

• Dodgers are at 100 wins, and are still only a wild card, behind the Giants.
• Cardinals could knock out the Dodgers in the wild card.
• Braves are the 3 seed, by virtue of wining the meh NL East this year.
