I don’t think Easterby is going anywhere. From Cal McNair’s statement last week "We believe you can’t go wrong by doing what’s right and ask our fans to trust that we know what’s right.”
Cal completely trusts Easterby and believes that he knows what is “right” 100%. Caserio being friends with Easterby means he would never fire him especially without approval from Cal. Easterby isn’t going anywhere until Cal wakes up and realizes the reality.
