Looking for custom woodworking design/build for a desk

I am disabled and have chronic back pain that has made using a standard computer desk/chair difficult. I’ve been thinking for years about having some kind of custom desk built that would let me use a recliner instead, and I’m finally ready to seriously look into getting it done. I don’t have a specific design in mind – I do have ideas, but I welcome design input from someone experienced in structural woodworking who can then build it for me.

These are the primary requirements: it has to be wide and tall enough to fit over/around a recliner, must be very stable with secure mounting points for adjustable arms for keyboard/mouse and multiple monitors (my eyesight is terrible so they’ll have to be reasonably close), and a shelf or cabinet or something where I can set my PC securely without causing ventilation issues. Additionally I would like it to have wheels of some kind so I can easily move it out of the way to get in/out of the chair, and it would be nice to be able to take it apart to some extent in the event that I have to move it. It doesn’t have to be fancy, it just has to work and not wreck my computer equipment.

Off the shelf solutions for these things exist in whole or part, but they tend to be extremely expensive and unsuited to my specific needs, so I’m investigating custom solutions. If anyone does this kind of work or knows someone who does I will happily negotiate reasonable payment and work with you on the specifics of the design/requirements.
