Currently looking to move into a home in Houston and drove past the Parkside subdivision down Almeda and W Airport. As I drove through it to check it out the neighborhood seems quiet and clean but I know it's near the notorious Sunnyside. Looks nice but looks can be deceiving. Is this a subdivision with frequent break ins and high crime or is it relatively safe? We are a young couple with no kids but I will be spending some nights alone due to my partners job
