Easterby’s apparent philosophy seems ironic.
It’s ironic that a guy with supposed high character, is making changes to an organization that has valued character since its inception. It’s the one thing I’ve always been proud of, that the guys we drafted or signed were good people on and off the field. I’ve always been confident that i wasn’t gonna read a headline saying something like “Texans player arrested for domestic violence”
Just look at some of our most well known players: AJ80 had the yearly toy run around Christmas, JJ had the softball game and helped during harvey, deshaun has helped underprivileged people get houses, Whitney mercilus has a charity for disabled children, and the list goes on and on.
I can’t wait to see that philosophy go out the window once Easterby feels the fire under his ass. We’re gonna start seeing some questionable signings because desperate people do desperate things.
The thing about gurus is they only work when things are going well, they take credit for other people’s success and keep their job, but the thing about rich religious people, is that they will always pick their money over God.
I also fully expect the likes of joel Olsteen and company to jump on this idiot’s gravy train.
