My Centerpoint gas bill at my old apartment used to be $20 a month, at most. In my new place, my landlord pays for gas because there’s an outdoor dryer hooked up to the service at my apartment that all tenants use.
My landlord is trying to pass on the difference in the gas bill to me because he says it’s topping out at $60-$70 … which makes me suspect there is a leak.
I know gas prices have gone up like crazy – but is this price hike realistic? Just asking for confirmation.
