I work full-time and go to school part-time, all online. Are there any public places where students gather to do homework, so I don't have to hole up at home all the time? I'm looking for libraries, school buildings (I'm not a UH or Rice student though, so might not be possible), maybe coffee shops - basically, I'd prefer a place mostly quiet but with potential to meet others and study together, late-ish hours, reliable Wi-Fi and power outlets (I'm a CS student).
