What to do with stray dog?
What does one do with a stray dog here? We found one in buffalo bayou, took her in, fed her, and checked for a microchip which she doesn’t have. BARC and literally every other shelter isn’t accepting strays and animal control won’t take any animal that is constrained. To complicate this we are literally moving to another state this weekend. It seems like the only option is to just kick her out on the street again. Is there nothing else to do other than kick her out and hope animal control finds her? I already browsed nextdoor looking for a missing dog ad with no luck.
