2 friends and i are looking for a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment in the area between the beltway and the heights-ish. we're trying to figure out what neighborhoods to avoid, but def would love some recommendations for complexes. budget is flexible $1800~2200. most important things really are safety (2 of us are young women) and relative walkability or proximity to grocery & department stores. thank you in advance!
