Long story short, I forgot I didn’t have a fixed rate with my electric company (Reliant) and this month my light bill is insane. I’m on a month to month and have been content with the rates for 2 years now. I live in a small home, about 1,000 sqft, and my light bill never went more than $115 during the summer.

So, I just got this month’s bill and it’s $400, yea I’m an idiot. Iv never been with another company so I’m interested in what you all are paying and with who. How’s their customer service? How are they during a disaster like a hurricane? … today’s adulting isn’t fun.
