I've already searched everywhere online and can't find this. What places sell "sealed donuts that are filled with ice cream" in Houston or even any other large city in Texas (other than "Milk Cream" in Dallas)?

Note: Donuts are "sealed" with ice cream, it's not just ice cream between two donut halves. Long story.
