Help Me Figure Out What These New Pavement Markings Mean

I’ve noticed these new white, arrow-like pavement markings (and associated orange/pink surveyors markings) popping up around town. This one is at the intersection of Windsor and Cherryhurst in Montrose. Does anyone have any idea what they are trying to convey? submitted by /u/Ken_Caminiti |
