I’ve gotten a few automated calls from Centerpoint’s number about my service being shut off. I chose to speak to a rep. my scam call red flag sensors start going off, so i hung up.

I checked my account and I’m all paid up. I also called the number back, and I spoke to someone actually at Centerpoint, who confirmed my account is all good.

Anyone else getting scam calls like this? It’s coming from centerpoint’s actual customer service number, which I think is pretty weird.

Have y’all gotten your sticker by mail before? How much is it? How long does it take? I think I have all my documents I need to renew it by mail.
