So I've been looking in the Sugarland area to purchase a single family residential property. looks like we have had a swarm of houses pop on the market as people are afraid housing market going to crash. I personally don't believe it will crash that much because labor and material costs are increasing as we speak. The only issue right now is interest rates.

Question is what do you guys think, bad time to buy in this area? Good time? I am not local to Houston so would love to get some input from some people that are there.
