This is a new parking rule my complex has implemented. The only thing it says in the lease is that they're allowed to regulate parking. But Texas laws states they're not allowed to limit visitors unless laws/lease is broken. https://legalbeagle.com/8618740-apartment-occupancy-laws-texas.html

I obviously will talk to my apartment complex about this, but has anybody dealt with this before? This seems fucking stupid.
