It’s electricity plan renewal time for me. The disclaimer on all the electricity company websites warns you about having to pay possible fees picking a “specific date” to switch service vs. the “within the next 2-5 business days” standard option.
Is there actually a switch fee?

Would HCAD see that appraisal and adjust the property valuation accordingly? Or is it private information unless/until I tell HCAD?
