In Texas you can find plenty of gas stations with breakfast tacos.

If you're out of town you even have Buc-ee's, with brisket, sandwiches, and tacos.

I've been told not to go into Minneapolis proper, but so far I haven't seen the large number of different restaurants like we have in Texas.
