To anyone who has dined out in Houston since the 1990s
I come from r/TraceAnObject where the FBI and EUROPOL post photos in child endangerment cases that haven’t been solved and tracing an object could break open a child endangerment case.

I, and some others, believe this photo may have been taken in the mid 1990s and is located somewhere in Texas, perhaps close to the Texas Gulf Coast.
