My package from Amazon was never delivered last month and Amazon is making me go through the police and file a police report. I'm out a couple of hundred dollars until it gets resolved, but there's no indication of how long their "investigation" will take. It's only been 4 weeks so far, but does anyone who's filed something similar have an estimate? Is this a couple of weeks process? Months? Thanks!
