want to go in on a 2 bed 2 bath
bellaire, greenway, river oaks, rice/uh area I work at the Houstonian and don’t want a far drive.
trying to move in around July.
my budget is $500 with wiggle room for each person to pay the rent. I am young and prioritize a simple life and savings over breaking may back for a dream luxe apartment.
21 year old cellist and introvert who cares for people on a spiritual level. I am strict on boundaries and I am a generous soul. Old soul and raised with common sense. clean, prefer to have all smoking be done outdoors. most if not all dishes must be cleaned before bed to avoid pests. my dog Julia and I do nothing but sleep, eat, and get through our day. She minds her business but also cares for people like her mom.
most annoying thing I could do is have my love interest over or a rare visit from a friend and he’s very chill and to ourselves. I dont like randoms in my home but if thats your thing, just respect my boundaries in the home and make sure my personal items aren’t affected.
I love a quiet home, I am. sweet enough to cook us both dinner periodically. I do like making music in my spare time otherwise I am reading or doing studying.
