Read MoreEvery time we’re outbound and see the “HOV left lane” signs that all indicate 6am to 9am, I’m left thinking those signs should be facing the inbound lanes. Does anybody else think that? Outbound HOV hours should be 3-7pm, right?
Maybe there’s a difference on account of the express lane, but this is just the left lane HOV.
