I'm really interested in Evero. I love the diversity of experience between offense, defense and special teams and he seems like a cool down to earth guy that players could relate to and get behind. We wouldn't have to wait for his team to exit the playoffs to hire and his youthful energy is a nice bonus too. He's an impressive person and sits high on my list.

He's a helluva a pickup and an answer at QB if he's cut. I don't want to trade and lose any draft capital or take on his current contract, but if the Raiders cut him (he could be cut with only a $5.6M cap hit), he's worth pursuing in FA.

I've been listening to 610 today and heard a few references to Jack engineering Gaine's departure. I thought Gaine was fired due to the targeting of Texans employees based on race. It's always seemed like a weird story (in a very weird chapter) of Texans history. Does anyone have the actual story?

I'm extremely disappointed that Caserio was not directly asked about Easterby during his 610 interview today. At the very least ask "Do you have the authority to fire Jack Easterby, or would that decision sit with Cal McNair? Just trying to understand the organizational hierarchy." I feel like they are specifically told not to mention Easterby directly during the interview. They did mention Easterby by name as soon as the interview was over though, so weird.
