Hey everyone,

I’m moving to Houston in October and am looking for a good apartment complexes in the loop. It’s hard to discern quality from online reviews and there’s so many choices (that often aesthetically blend together) that it’s hard to know where to start.

I’ll be working downtown and have a max budget of $1900 (inclusive of HOA fees, etc.)

I’m in my late twenties and single. Will be working from home a lot so don’t want a party complex (I prefer a quiet place in general). Active but will probably exercise at a separate gym. Cleanliness is super important, too. Thanks!
