Hi Houston folks... Moving that way from central florida... I've been doing research on the budding/up and coming areas surrounding Houston.

I don't want to buy in a saturated market 🙃, want to buy in a market I can have instant equity... So just looking for your inputs on Fulshear and other surrounding areas you want to share...

Is Fulshear unreasonably far from "houston"? Google gave me the milage but in general, are ppl opposed to driving it? Is it a traffic trap?

Is it truly as upcoming as the internet is making it out to be?

I would welcome inputs from locals 🙂

I work from home so I won't be doing a daily commute.
