Read MoreNow that He’s gone, I’m trying to put up a scoreboard of good things/bad things that He did to the organization so I can be fair to him with proper reason.
Good things:
Warned the organization about oily anus;
Bad things:
Convinced Tommy Boy that Bob would make an excellent GM. Bob then Accumulated power, signed bad contracts, expensive ones, bloating our depth chart with talentless and expensive players. Sending away picks with dumb moves, sending away hall of famers with no picks in return.
Meddled with player’s personal lives, involving their families at some point, probably creating an atmosphere that annoyed players and eventually made us lose players like Dhop.
What else?
This is a pivotal point to the team.

Everything worked.
Nico using his frame te become this white Flag for Mills. Those connections in tight windows, damn.
Beast mode 2.0.
Consistency in the Oline, some Pancaking going on.
Defense clutching with some INTs.
I didn’t like that last drive though. We should have got a first down and kneeled.
I really didn’t like the play calling throughout the first three quarters. I don’t understand how a third and short can become something so hard to achieve.

He’s not running away from questions in his interviews. He’s answering the questions and taking responsibility. You can be sure that he’s the kind of guy who’s got a chip on his shoulders and is going to work hard to turn this around.
He’s got no talent. He’s obviously raw, but I can’t help myself in not continuing to hope for him.
Here’s for the remainder of the season, Dougie, Do your destiny. We still have our pick if everything else fails. It’s up to you. Good luck.

He’s afraid of being sacked. He’s not sensing the collapse of the oline and escalating the pocket when necessary. He’s not reading the second route. He’s missing wide open receivers left and right because of that.
I am just a Brazilian fan, and football became a favorite sport for me just a few years ago.
I am quite sure the coaches have noticed those flaws already and they are working with Mills on those issues as we speak.
My question is: are these things easy to fix/improve for a quarterback?
Mills got sacked a few times, and almost busted his elbow in one of the plays. So, there’s that.

Throughout the week:
– There was a lot of pressure on Britt;
– Then the Britt experiment started;
– They probably told him that Scott Quessenberry would be the starter, and executed the game plan accordingly. Britt got pissed, and refused to practice.
– Today, Scott Quessenberry lost nearly all matchups, I think.
I really hope Britt can use it as motivation to turn his game around, or Caserio can find something in the Free Agency to fix that, or We’ll have a very long year.
Mills looked bad, He can’t throw when his feet are not set, but my god we need at least 3 seconds of an OL.

Time to find out if Mills is the answer, witness Kenyon Green bulldoze everything and Dameon Pierce toe drag through everyone.
Time to see Nico Collins show what he absorbed from AJ80 and become the next goat. Time to see The Mills-Cooks connection happen again for another thousand yards.
Time to watch the Turnover Machine shy passers with Stingley’s omnipresence, and pressure QBs with Lopez, Collins and Greenard closing in.
Witness Grugier, Kirksey and the others setting the edge and closing gaps with Pitre tackling through every opponent.
Here’s some Koolaid. Sip, Houstonians, brothers and sisters. Amen.

I’m not obviously an expert here, so I’d like to debate with you about the existing OL men in this year’s draft.
We are having the combine today, and I didn’t see much about Evan Neal yet. However, We have seen some other guys who could be really interesting for us, like:
Ikem Ekwonu, Kellen Diesch, Braxton Jones and so on.
So, I wanted to know which guys we should be paying attention to.
