The strip center at 12200 Westheimer is undergoing some kind of demolition and possible renovation. See several photos posted here. This is the site of the 1980’s to early 1990’s CompUSA before the store was moved to the Galleria area. There also used to be a Blockbuster Video here, as well as many other stores over the years. There was a sports trading card shop for a long time.

About 2 years ago, I’d smell weed on occasion while driving around town. Lately, however, I smell weed just about every time. I have to conclude that more than a minuscule number of people are driving around high. I figure it has something to do with this:
