Read MoreIf you’re looking for road bike paths other than White Oak and the others in Houston, there’s a great 40+ mile stretch of paved hike and bike paths in Spring, Tx. Here’s a short video showing the location and some time lapse views of the forrested scenery along Spring Creek which is wider than Buffalo Bayou in some spots. It’s worth the short drive from the city, even on a cloudy day.

Read MoreThis was out front at the WHAM Resale Store at 3100 Rogerdale the other day. Great history: KKZR, KLOL, Z107, and Hit 96.5. After show concert stickers for Smashing Pumpkins, STP, Butthole surfers, Metallica ’94, In Living Color, more. Even an old guitar Shop sticker. Also plenty of non-Houston stations: KZEW, WWCK, more. There are a couple of stickers with the name of Randy Schell who sadly passed away in 2017 but was a widely known voice actor.
Edit: This resale shop where I saw this is not far from where Randy’s widow may live, so I wonder if it was his and she donated it. He died sky diving and you’ll notice at least one skydiving sticker on it.
