I’m strongly considering going with ceramic tint this time around on my new car’s windows as well as getting the windshield tinted (70%). I’m wondering if any of y’all have done your windshield and found that it makes a big difference?
My go to place (Tomball Tinters) said they would use a 70% film. The manufacturer’s website says the 70% film provides 50% TSER (Total Solar Energy Rejection) and 89% IRR (Infrared Rejection), the highest protection numbers. I’m looking for something that would help keep the car cooler when parked but also help keep the afternoon sun from cooking my stomach contents when driving home from work.
TIA
