I used to go there all the time to study and relax and talk to people occasionally. I liked the music too that Justin used to play. Apparently all the Tea Bar and Organic places closed down it seems? (The one in Sugar Land too?)

Nowadays I sometimes just go to Agora, but it's a little too far for my convenience and the tables are a little too small, as well as the lack of actual food items... (Although I can get some pho near Agora within walking distance.)
