My normal usage is documents, there’s nothing unusual, they just stacked a $530 sewer use & water use adjustment onto a bill and sent it out for me to pay. I’m hoping this is incorrect but can’t call until Monday, anyone have something similar?

I have to answer my phone since I am a main contact for a lot of customers, and the number of spam calls we get is insane! Constantly get Spanish robo-calls, energy advocates calls, Hilton hotel calls, student loan forgiveness, extended warranty…you name it!
If the option exists to be put on a Do Not Call list, we have done it. A lot of times as soon as you start to ask, they just hang up on you and in 30 minutes they’re calling you back. This is happening to almost all of our employees on their cell phones. Did we do something that put us in the group of “spam these numbers” or something? Anyone found a fix?
